"As the owner of DAC Awnings, I am deeply concerned to hear your remarks. I have reviewed our call tickets and could not find one for you. Being in business since 1942 when my grandfather opened the business, I know that customer service is the most important thing to a company. I personally feel we have a good system for handling incoming calls and it is our standard operating procedure to get back to calls with 48 hours or 2 work days. Please feel free to contact me personally, Geoff Brantley and my extension is #23. I can clearly say the reason you did not get a call back is that we did not know you called."
Overall, the project went very well. Except for a couple of communication glitches, we're very happy with the quality and appearance of the new awning. All issues with creasing and crooked sewing have been addressed and fixed. Confident water marks (water staining from run off) will be addressed and corrected. Thanks DAC for a job well done!
