Company was very prompt with response, After my water was tested and I talked to several of their referrals, i decided to have their No salt system put in to replace the softener I had that was not fixing my problems. The system did everything they said it would and I no longer have any staining or build up and my water tastes great. I am extremely happy with their service and product, very professional and actually does what they say it would.

In the 6 years we have had the water softener, we have noticed issues with the water softener.  Salt crystals in the washing machine.  Calcium deposits precipitating out on faucets...each time we call to have the unit serviced, we are sent a water testing kit.  Strangely, if we get any results from the water test, the water is just fine.  No one has ever inspected or serviced our unit from the day we purchased it.  (No, I did not want to spend more money on a monthly service plan.)

I found them looking through the phone book. I had called several people trying to find somebody that would do the work and John was the most professional and reasonable out of all the ones I called in the phone book. As a matter of fact, he came out here, believe it or not, on Thanksgiving Day and put the system in for me. I had a problem with my water treatment filter when it was installed in my house. They put the wrong one in and it was up against my sub-floor so I couldn't get the filter out to change it. So he came out and looked at it. I told him, you better come out and look at it before he tells me he can do the job and how much it would cost for him to change the system to one that I could change the filter on my own. He came out, looked at it and he said, 'Yes sir, I will put a new system in there, no problem'. That is what he did and he was out here on Thanksgiving day to put it in for me. He did the work himself, he is the owner. He has his son and came with him that day. He has a son and a daughter that do work in his business  but he has other employees as well. I have done business with his daughter in ordering parts through her when I need new filters. They have been excellent.

After installation test showed 0 iron and 0 manganese. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend anyone with

They came when they said they would come. They were prompt about calling back. The work they did was complete and we've not died of iron in our water. They showed me the tests they were doing, which was kind of neat to see. I like that it is a small business. They were good and friendly

Overall the job was great. From the ease of making the initial appointment and installation, to the clean up at the end of the job, I could not have been more pleased.

I called them in the morning, they came out that afternoon. Had a system built and a plumber out the next day! We were really nervous about the water in a house that we had just bought. They performed test, explained all the results and acted very quickly so that our first showers in the house were with the new water. The plumber they use even addressed an issue with our hot water heater at no additional cost!

John came to our house and tested our current water purity. I was taken back by the minerals, etc. in our water. He hooked up a temporary Hague system to our current kitchen sink and reran the tests. We had pure clean water. They showed up on time, installed the system in a few hours and we had clean water. It has now been over a year with the system. The system has been working perfectly and we can truly tell the difference in our water. We are using less soap for cleaner clothes and dishes. We have no mineral deposits in our kitchen or bathrooms. My coffee never tasted so good because of the reverse osmosis system and that goes double for foods cooked with the water. The Hague Systems installed are top of the line equipment. Clear Choice has come back a year later and refreshed our filters and retested our water. Everything is OK. The company is great to work with. They delivered on time and for a very good price.
