 + 0 moreWe hired Lynn Cherry to manage an investment property for us for over 5 years. He couldn't rent it so he put in a section 8 tenant who proceeded to destroy the property. When I visited the home unannounced there were beer bottles and food trash all over the lawn. Dogs (not allowed) tied to trees, broken windows and abandoned appliances and cars in the front yard. His "Plumber" proceeded to destroy the septic system so we paid thousands to connect to the city. We ended up evicting the tenants who wouldn't leave and then when we were a week past the required termination date he charged $500 because he could. Stay away from them, you can do much better elsewhere.
