Excellent assessment of the roof and what was needed.  The work was quickly done and well executed.  I separate issue arose years later and they came and identified the problem and quickly fixed it at no additional cost. I was very satisfied with my experience and would use them again and highly recommend them

Ted was on vacation but returned my call promptly. When he got back in town he came by the house, located the problem and replaced a broken shingle - no charge. My garage will eventually need a new roof. Will use Ted again.

Heard great things about them, but I had a terrible experience. Very poor at returning calls and doing work in a timely manner. The roof continued to leak after their repairs, and when I called to have them deal with this, they refused to come back even though they claim to guarantee their work. Shockingly bad service and customer service. Would not recommend.

Again, I liked working with them. I enjoy talking to Ted, and I think he does great, reasonably priced work. He repaired parts of our roof a few years previous to the replacement and he charged very little and was extremely understanding about our not wanting to undertake major repairs at the time. Because of this, when we were ready to replace the whole roof we went straight to him. He had also given us an estimate for the whole roof at the time, which seemed far more reasonable than ones I had received years before. This time I called him, scheduled a date a few weeks out. He dropped of shingle samples and then got started. They were efficient and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves in the yard, and left the remaining shingles.

The final product was done quite well. However, it was very difficult to get the owner to meet me for an estimate. He would come by the home while I was at work, make measurements, and give me a quote, but he didn't include replacing the ridge vent, and he wasn't sure whether he included the garage. I tried multiple times to get him to meet me for an estimate, and I was one phone call away from simply not using the company when he finally met me to do a thorough walk around and estimate. He gave me a very fair price for the work. They started exactly on schedule, but he didn't communicate exactly the work we had discussed with his workers, so I had to check frequently to ensure they were doing all of the work we described. They worked very quickly, were clean, nice, and did good work. There was an area of flashing they had not done correctly. When I called the owner he offered to fix it or refund me 200 dollars. Again, overall it was a well done job at a very fair price, but the job may require some oversight to ensure things are done exactly as discussed.

On time, did exactly what was promised. No surprises, and solid work.

The work they did was good. I wish they would have included drip beds in their estimate--that is something that my friend who works in construction said is pretty standard in roofing estimates. There was a piece of flashing that couldn't be done until work was done by a foundation company, so they had to complete the job except for one section. After I had paid them in full, they came out once the work had been done and the weather was better and finished the job. It looks good. I was impressed by that. I did not have to call them a bunch of times to get them to come out.

They were really great. They gave me a good estimate and stayed right with it. They were quick and they cleaned up. They were very terrific.

Within 6 mos. of purchasing our home, we had a leak in the roof. Our Realtor recommended Ted Attix, so we called him. He came out, found the problem, fixed it and also did some extra work with some nails that were coming loose. Charged $50 which I thought was very reasonable. On another occasion I thought I had a leak and called. He was very busy and wouldn't be able to get to me for several days, but he walked me through all the steps over the phone to verify whether or not it was really a roof problem. It wasn't. But by taking the time to do this, I really felt like he saved me some money and time and for that reason, he gets an "A" in my book.

WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. THEY CAME BACK AND CHECKED ON EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL WAS STILL FINE, AND GAVE US A 25 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE JOB.
