Bryan always does a good job tuning my piano annually. He keeps records and always calls when it is time for my piano to be tuned. This is a great service since I do not have to remember when to call for a tuning! Bryan has tuned my piano for many years and has done some repairs as well. I had a squeaky pedal issue and Bryan was able to fix it right away. I would highly recommend Bryan as a piano tuner/repair person.

Bryan Neve is a real pro. Not only does he tune our piano every year, he also makes small repairs and does a little preventative maintenance. When Bryan leaves, our piano is in top shape!

The first year, my long neglected piano needed two visits to get in shape. Bryan not only tuned the piano, but gave it a full going over and cleaning. For each annual visit since then, he has called ahead for an appointment. He always arrives on time, or calls ahead if he is delayed. Each visit, the service and the tuning have been superb.

Brian has tuned my piano every year for the past eight years. He always arrives on time and does a great job. I would highly recommend him.

Wonderful as usual. We had a house fire and the piano was moved. The piano was more out of tune than usual but when he left it was perfect. He also increased the frequency of service to 6 months to check and see if it holds tune after the heat and the move from the fire. It pleases us that he keeps the schedule so we do not have to.

Mr. Neve was excellent in all phases of the assignment.  At no time did he give me the sense he was trying to "up-sell" me to pay for expensive repairs, nor that he was "milking" an instrument better discarded.  He approached the task the same way I would have, if I had the skills: what is the best I can get out of this instrument and, if that is acceptable, then lets do it.
