Brustad Home Repair

We have used Brustad Home Repair many times in the past and will continue. Eric does a lot of work in our neighborhood -- word of mouth from one neighbor to another. He is pleasant, professional, and good to work with.

There were items needing repair both inside the house and outside the house.  The inspection report was completed in January.  We requested that he complete repairs prior to us moving into our home two months later.  This did not get accomplished.  We then called him multiple times once we had moved in to have him complete the work prior to us starting our jobs.  Only after 5 phone calls and calls by our realtor, he came and completed the inside work.  He stated that he would complete the outside work in a couple of weeks.  After a few more months, I called to find out when he would be coming.  He texted me one morning to say that he was on his way to our house.  He never showed up.  He is completely unresponsive to phone calls, texts.  He never returns messages.  He doesn't come for the job when he says he will be.  Once he completes the job, the work and price are adequate.  However, there are other companies that are much more responsive and dedicated to customer service.  Our realtors stated to us that he was very busy and maybe that's why he didn't respond to phone calls.  I say to that he clearly doesn't need or deserve our business.

I've used him before and he was recommended to us. He comes here fast if he is available and is pleasant. He makes sure to keep your home clean. He is very good and can do a little bit of everything. It is nice to have someone who has all the tools and is capable to the job needed.
