I would highly recommend Brown Brothers Plumbing and Heating. Brian Th. and Johnny C. from Brown Brothers came out to repair my backflow assembly for my irrigation system. They were on-time, interpersonally pleasant and professional, were clearly knowledgeable about the system and able to explain options to me in "layman's terms." They performed high-quality work in a timely manner and were overall great to work with. Five stars from me! I will definitely be using their services again...

My house was built in 1940. I have a boiler that was convert to gas. They turn out to be very reasonable price. I was surprise at the low cost and details. Very knowledgeable. Shawn explain everything to me.

They were great. They are the best. I've used them for 18 years. If there's any problems with the service I call them, they send a manager or supervisor. Maybe they have a new service guy but they are very responsive. Very polite. I highly recommend them. They have a great customer.

Service man left after saying he did not have part. Told us the part he needed but never gave us a quote! Left and came back 3 hours later with part! Told us verbally repair cost which was ridiculous after installing part! Come to find out we were charged a labor charge which included him having to drive to Raleigh to get part! The 3 hours he was gone! Had no idea or we would have cancelled! Never got invoice ! I called office and they returned my call 2 days later! Very poor communication and over priced!

I couldn't get anything done over the weekend, since they thought the sewer line to the street might be clogged and would require a crew for digging. I called first thing Monday morning, and two men were here by 9:00 It turned out that all the problem was in the piping under the house in the crawl space. They worked, cheerfully, under very difficult conditions, and removed the old pipe, put in new pipe and a new clean-out, finishing up in 3 hours. What a joy it was to take a shower Monday night!

I had been waiting 2 days without water for the company's risk management team (the company that broke the line) to take care of it and they didn't. It was getting ready to be the weekend with no water, so I called Brown Brothers at 3:30 in the afternoon and I had barely hung up the phone and they had someone out here and had the work done before 5:30. They were amazing. We used them in the past and will use them again.

I think it was a bigger job than first anticipated but Brown kept the price at original estimate. Highly experienced and careful back-hoe operator had to dig around lots of cable wires. Very impressive. Reclamation and replanting of grass required a second effort but final job left it in good shape.
