Blanca's Carpet Installation

I was reasonably happy with their service. We had some issues but it turned out that a lot of the issues came from the restoration company's project manager. The only problem that I have with them is that they said they would come back but it took them three days to install carpet and hardwood. They said they would come back the next day because there were some things on my floor because the glue is drying underneath my hardwood and they never came back. Otherwise, I'm happy with their work. It looks beautiful. It was obviously well done but that one thing kind of wrinkles it a little bit. They had two guys and it was obvious on the third day they weren't going to finish. The guy in charge told me that they were going to finish on the third day. Instead of making me wait another day, he actually called six guys and had them come over so it was finished on the third day. I think it's important to him that he meets deadlines. That is something other people have to be concerned with as far as this company.

They are very efficient, they do quality work and the owner wants to make sure you are satisfied with the work. The price is reasonable and they are very flexible to work with. Sometimes they are so busy, it is best to start the project first thing in the morning.
