Steve is very prompt and Tia will always let you know if he's running late or anything. They are right on top of things, that's for sure. His work is good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

Steve always does a great job. He makes every effort to do the repair in a cost effective manner and get it right the first time. Other plumbers I've used, I've had to call back for leaks and problems. I haven't had those issues with Steve after several service calls at my home at business locations.

Steve and Mike arrived right on time. All work and character was extremely professional and I'm very satisfied with what I had done. Work was completed in a very timely manner as well.
They answered all of my questions answered regarding the current plumbing status of my home and I am very glad it's in good working order.

Mr Blake and his assistant were helpful and cordial. He did an excellent job. He was patient and answered all of my questions.They inspected the toilets and faucets thoroughly to ensure no leaks. They are a little more expensive than expected but the service was excellent. I was very satisfied with the work.

Each and every job has been completed promptly, efficiently, and courteously. He is a great resource for us.

Mr. Blake arrived right on time for our appointment, examined the old water heater and told me up front approximately how much to fix it (one of the heaters was out) and how much to replace it. He answered all of my questions in detail (and I had a lot of questions), and was very professional. I decided to replace the water heater because it was 19 years old. Our initial appointment was on a Thursday and he came out to replace it the following Monday. He came out Monday while I was at work. When I came home, the new heater was installed; he had wrapped it in the insulation I had on the old one; there was no mess left behind. I received a bill in the mail about a week later. It's been about 3 weeks and we have had no problems. I highly recommend him.

Discovered our water heater leaking at 8 in the morning a couple of days before Christmas. Called and Steve rearranged a low priority inspection job and he and Mike were at our house by 10.30. We had a new water heater by 1PM. Given we had houseguests and the holiday approaching, I was thrilled to get such prompt service. I didn't comment on price since there was no time to get competitive quotes. The price seemed reasonable though. Very happy with the service and the job performed.

We noticed a leak in our existing tank Sunday morning. By Monday afternoon we had hot water again, with a new heater. Steve responded to our call on Sunday, discussed options with us, and was there Monday morning first thing. He took care of the problems that came up with the installation very professionally. Because it was an emergency we didn't have the opportunity to comparison shop heaters, so I checked "n/a" on the price. But we always like the work Steve does.

Mr. Blake showed up on time and his estimate was in line with other estimates. But, we chose Mr. Blake over others because of his reputation. The work was completed in a timely manner and turned out great. We have had a lot of compliments on his work.

Steve has handled a half dozen repairs for us over the past four years and always done a great job. This leak happened on a Saturday afternoon with a party planned for that evening. Steve guided me through a quick check over the phone to pin down the problem and told me to shut off the main water valve. He arrived a few hours later, while our party was in full swing, quietly and quickly made the repair, and left without our guests even realizing he'd been there. In the past, he's replaced kitchen faucets, patched leaky underground water main breaks, and consulted on my do-it-yourself shower floor repairs. When there was a problem with one repair, he promptly made it right. Setting up an appointment can take as much as a week, but Steve is worth the wait.

Mr. Blake was prompt, polite, and professional. He did good work, and his rates were very reasonable. I'd recommend him to anyone needing water heater repair or general plumbing.
