Outstanding. Had visited Angela Vorontsova many times, and she is a true professional, gifted in her ability to analyze skin and improve appearance. Friendly and does everything possible to help the client, including advice about nutrition that helps a person.

Pauline did a great pedicure for me and was super professional. Though it cost more than some other nail places, I will likely return again.

Angela is an expert esthetician who does everything skillfully to improve skin tone and appearance.  She is a graduate of the esteemed Parisian school of esthetics and appears to be the person who teaches others about skin care.  For me, she performed the body treatment to hydrate and condition my entire body, and it performed in the Vichy shower room, which is extremely relaxing and easier to deal with than hopping back and forth between rooms to wash off between parts of the treatment.  She is pleasant, anxious to make sure everything is done to perfection, and seems very well respected by other clients I talked to and also by her colleagues.  Believe she also had medical training in Europe before coming to the U.S. , and seems to know as much or more than our own dermatologists.

My first compliment goes to the staff scheduling my appointment.  I was asked the appropriate questions to allow the staff to place me with the perfect stylist for my needs and hair type.
The day of my appointment I was running late due to traffic and my stylist accommodated my need for a later appointment.
The stylist spent the extra time needed to help me decide on a new hairstyle.  She showed me examples of styles with my hair color, face shape, and new desired length.   The stylist cut my hair in steps to make sure I would be satisfied with the final outcome. She styled my hair twice so I would know what to do if I only had time to blow dry or if I wanted to add curl to my style.  The stylist also was very knowledgeable about the best cut, style and hair products I needed due to the changes in my hair due to age and medications taken.  The best compliment I give is that my husband and son drove by without recognizing me.  I received lots of "wows" when I got in the car.

I have been using Bella Trio Salon. They're good. I like their nail and haircut service a lot. The only thing unusual about them is they won't let you tip on the credit card, you have to bring cash or a check for tips. They do inform people about that when you call for appointment. I've never had any problem on them scheduling me.

I see my esthetician once a month and she is always professional and polite. She is great at her job and I really appreciate that!

Tim is a fabulous massage therapist. he works as deep as you want being very respectful and professional. He is always cheerful and calming. I always feel so much better after I see Tim. I wish I could see him once a week.

I live very close and for convenience wanted to try the haircolor services there. I personally stopped in to schedule an appointment. They explained that there are 5 levels of stylists, and services are priced based on the stylist's level which is related to experience, though they said all were well trained. I chose the lowest level since all I wanted were highlights/lowlights. The spa is very, very nice. The person who was assigned to me did a good job, but the following week I was not happy with the way the highlights were done around my face--they were too light and blonde. I stopped in to talk to them, and she was there. She was free and they were more than happy to make the correction, free of charge.

The Bella Trio Salon was able to offer me both last minute and same-day service for a head of hair in need of some serious attention. Kailey did an outstanding job consulting, cutting and styling. I will be a loyal customer going forward and might just sign my Wife up for some of the Bella Trio Spa services as a present.

I think they are good. The two people I see are excellent. They are very busy. It's always clean and everyone is very nice. They offer a wide variety of services.

The service went really well.

Its a very relaxed environment and they really look to what your individual needs are. you never feel like they are actually watching the clock to see if your times up. I have only gone once but I will definitely go back. I think it is pretty expensive for some stuff but I give them a B rating for price.

It's very good, excellent. Everything about this spa is great. It is clean, the people are nice. The massage therapist is well informed. I think with spa services, you get what you pay for; this is a fantastic spa service.

Professional and kind all at the same time.

I like their customer service. There were beautiful ladies and people there. It was very clean. Everyone looked very professional there. They were on time. The waiting area was comfortable. I would use them in the future.

The facilities are remarkably pleasant and clean. They consistently have some of the best therapeutic massage therapists that I have experienced. I was dealing with work station issues a couple of years ago dealing with pain from my shoulder to my elbow where it was inhibiting mobility. I never went to the doctor for it because between their therapists and some tweaking of my work station, it took care of the issues.

Very disappointed with the "spa". The first problem came when I tried to make the appointment. I got an answering machine which instructed me to leave a message and they would get right back to me, which they didn't. There was no relaxing welcome, as is custom for spas. I was told to follow a woman who basically left me waiting in some hallway after she disappeared in some break room area. Then, when I entered the treatment room, the technician told me to undress, offered a wrap after I was nearly undressed, and didn't even leave the room so I could change.
