Just a few days after they were done, our inspector found that they left cardboard boxes and other garbage in our crawlspace (a termite hazard) and a duct leading to the full bathroom had become detached. The seller had to force them to come out again to clean up their mess and fix the duct. About 10 months after the installation, a different duct in the crawlspace detached from the floor register -- in other words, we were now heating the crawlspace instead of our house. I called them repeatedly and left phone messages asking them to please come out and fix it. They never returned my calls. My husband finally went under the house and fixed it himself -- and in the process found that the ductwork was very shoddy all over -- they had used actual duct tape (which is not supposed to be used for duct work) to connect the ducts, there were visible gaps between the ducts, etc. Their work is not good and they are not professional. We will never use them for HVAC work.
