I took the three prints in on June 11th and Redouane immediately recognized the significance of them and helped me to pick out mats and frames for the pieces. He gave a cost and printed an itemized Invoice. I paid half up front and the other half when I picked them up on 7/25. They turned out very well. One piece was so touching once matted and framed, that it brought tears. The work was good, the pricing was IMO reasonable for custom work on such sentimentally valuable pieces. Everything was itemized, there were no surprises and the work was ready when promised - and I was notified with a kind phone call the day before to pick them up. Arete's work was prompt, professional, of very high quality and he/they were sensitive to the customer's needs.

The gentleman was very helpful in selecting frame style and color to match my print. They were very flexible with my busy schedule and finished the work on time. They were helpful and I would use them again.

I had a very nice experience and have referred the place to many others. The best part is how helpful the lady is that works there. She had excellent suggestions to really set off the art. I would never have chosen that frame, as I usually am more conservative with frame choices, but this frame is perfect with this particular piece. It really sets it off well.
