We have used APS since the 1980's and have had uneven service. But what happened today sends me finally to search for a new company. I pay $325 a year for central monitoring, and we are up to date on payments. Mr. Michaelson has said for months that he would come out and update our strike plates and fix other problems. He has never done so. Our alarm was set off by mistake but no one called from Central Station, so I telephoned them and was told that my account is shown as inactive! It is Saturday and I

It was not first rate work. The technicians are not highly skilled.

THE GUYS THAT CAME AND PUT IN THE ALARM SYSTEM WERE VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED US EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING. THEY WENT OVER HOW IT WORKED AND THE PROCEDURES THAT WOULD BE TAKEN IF IT WAS SET OFF. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CAREFULLY.
