They located a rental home for me.  They have been extremely helpful.  Apple Realty is the management agent for the landlord.  As an example I mentioned that the hardware on the front door was loose.  And they have a form that they give you about things that you would like.  And when I arrived there was a brand new front door with a stained glass oval and a brand new storm door outside of that.

They do property management for me. They manage 3 different properties for me. They provide long term services. It's really nice to have a property manager to arrange your tenants, set your rent rate, and they have been really great at finding me good tenants, at raising the rent so I don't have to deal with it. Also, getting rid of bad tenants. More people use them to find rentals than to manage rentals. My experience with them is very different than from someone that is renting from them. Every month I get a check and what they have done with the property. They do what I want them to do, they manage the property. They answer the phone when the toilet doesn't flush and negotiate with the plumber. I think the pricing is pretty standard. When a property goes empty they find a new tenant for it quickly.

They were recommended by my Realtor. They have been great. The cost is 10% of the rent and the cost of the repairs. The thing that really stands out to me is that they were great at getting my properties rented. They helped me immensely with all the things that give me a headache. Things such as credit checks on tenants and section 8. I will continue to use Apple Realty.
