Being first-time homeowners, we were not very knowledgeable about how to buy a home. Our main sources of information included Money magazine articles, Consumer Reports articles, tips and advice from friends and co-workers and a book about buying a home. We greatly appreciated Anna's patience, professionalism and willingness to guide us through the process. She took all the time we needed to look at houses, even spending up to 5 hours per day with us to tour neighborhoods and see the insides of homes. She has many, many years of experience as a Realtor, and it shows. She provided us with the information and insight we needed to make decisions, and she put our minds at ease about the 'scary stuff' like mortgage, etc., because she had her people ensure that the rates we were quoted were competitive. We looked at tons of homes and then found the house we wanted in under a week. We are extremely happy.
