She has done a real good job. She tried really hard to make sure things were done the way my wife wanted it done. She was very conscientious. The price was reasonable. The only problem we had was there was a little difficulty with the language. She was right on time. We couldn't communicate everything with her, other than that, she was very very good. We will definitely use her again.

Ana is professional, flexible, kind, and meticulously thorough. We switched to Ana's from another cleaning service after the last one was not as detail-oriented as we wanted. Ana's is slightly more expensive, but the difference is entirely worth it. Our house always looks and smells immaculate after her team leaves! My husband and I both travel for work frequently, and Ana is always gracious about working with our schedules. We couldn't be happier!

Have been using Ana's service for about a year now and very happy overall, especially when compared to other cleaning services. Attention to detail is very important, so it helps that Ana takes the time to ensure the job is done right each time. At first I was reluctant to allow the crew in my home unattended, however, with multiple customer references I went ahead and agreed to give it a try and have had no regrets. Ana's team is always reliable, shows up when they say they will and lets themselves in and locks the door behind them. Every once in a while we do notice something that they might have missed, but she is always careful to address it during the next visit and never makes us feel like we are asking too much. My only complaint, which is more humorous than not, is that we left dishes in the sink one time, which her crew thoroughly cleaned, however put them away and we could not find them for hours!

Anna's service provides a high quality cleaning service for a competitive price. They are very responsive and flexible in their scheduling. We have been using the service for almost a year now, with bi-weekly cleanings. We had occasional issues earlier on with some small damage e.g. to blinds or lightbulbs, but that is rare and has not happened in the past couple of months. It also can be difficult to nail them down to a specific time of day for their visit (usually with 1-2 hours of the scheduled time), but that is generally not a problem for me because I am flexible.

Ana and her team arrived at my home and transformed it. I could not be happier with the service they provided. This is the second time they have cleaned my home and they did not disappoint. They mopped, they scrubbed, they dusted. I think every surface in my home sparkled. They are very professional and I couldn't be more pleased with all that they did. I'm very particular and I probably had a million questions since this is the first time I've let anyone come in and clean my home. Ana eased all my fears and now that I've seen the results I can hardly wait for the next month to arrive. If you're looking for exceptional service then this the company you should use!

Ana is very personable. My first cleaning was a little more and I had two girls doing a big overhaul of the house. After that I have bi-weekly cleaning done with one girl. The price is beyond fair and Ana will work with you to get what you need done in your budget. I have more "me" time now and the house looks amazing after they leave. Also, they use their own supplies which don't have a harsh smell. Highly recommend Ana!

We had tenants move out of our rental house unexpectly, so we needed to get it cleaned very quickly before the new tenants could move in.
I called a couple of different housecleaning companies, and Ana's Cleaning was the only company that was able to work me into their schedule with short notice, AND at a reasonable price.
Ana was very nice and easy to work with, and her crew performed a very thorough job to get the house ready for the new tenants.
I plan to use Ana's Cleaning again in the future!

Ana is very nice and professional to deal with. Very detail oriented. She keeps an eye on her crew and makes sure all is done right. I found them to be fast, very thorough, and trustworthy. Her husband works with them and knows what he is doing.
They went above and beyond in removing mold, cleaning behind appliances and leaving everything sparkling.
I would highly recommend Ana. Here prices are a little higher but you definitely get what you pay for.

They have a key to my home. Her sister supervises the workers and they have been really good. She hires her workers and pays them appropriately and accurately. Anytime I have had any issues, I've contacted Anna and she has taken care of the problem right away. Anna always calls each week to remind that they will be arriving.
