I have some wood rots on the exterior walls and sidings and they need to be fixed. Nelson did a very good job. he's patient to explain what he was doing. his price is very reasonable. He's prompt and on-time once you get hold of him and schedule your work. but he could be hard to reach sometimes perhaps he's too busy.

In addition, he went above and beyond in helping me come up with a creative 'fix' for an issue from a previous contractor. Would highly recommend!

Nelson Alvarez got back to me, promptly and I was able to schedule a visit the following day. Nelson came to my home at the appointed time and gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable. He came the following day and started the work which was on a Sunday. This was necessitated since it was supposed to rain on Monday. I really appreciated his promptness, especially since it was just before the Christmas holidays. His appraisal of the work was thoughtful, creative and detailed. Since the work involved additional materials, he promptly went out and got them. He worked into the dark but finished the job on the same day. The work he did was of very high quality and took care of the problem. We have not had a recurrence of the problem so far (1 week later). We were so pleased with the work he did, that we discussed other potential projects for him to do in the new year. I would highly recommend his services.
