"Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed], We received notification of your recently posted review, but we have no record of providing service to you. We are a chauffeured limo-type transportation provider and not a moving company, and the average cost for our services is around $100.00. There are many other companies with the name "All-Points" and we do receive phone calls for these companies on a regular basis. Although your review is a fairly positive one it was not earned by us. I would ask that you remove it from our page. It might be helpful if you used the phone number, email address or any other contact info provided to you on contracts or receipts from the company that did do the work for you and make sure they match with the business listing on Angie's List when reposting to the correct company. I hope this is helpful, and now that you have relocated to the Sanford area we would be happy to add you as a client if you are ever in need for transportation the the Raleigh-Durham Airport or any other chauffeured transportation needs. "Mr. [Member Name Removed], thank you for taking the time to post a review on Angie's List, it is most appreciated. I am glad that we received 'high [Member Name Removed]'s for each category and do wish that we could operate at a lower cost and pass those savings on to our clients and move our 'price rating' from a 'C' to a 'B'. For the first few years of our existence we actually were the 'low price' provider. The problem was that we just could not sustain that business model without compromising our most core fundamental value which was Service. (Nor could we make a profit). When one add's up the operational costs, insurance, airport fees, and cost to pay a decent wage to our staff the low-price model just would not work. One of the things we pride ourselves on is never, ever being late and always being at the airport for a guest no matter how delayed their flight might be, and not charging any waiting time - even if their flight is 3 or 5 hours late. The only way we can do this is by limiting the number of reservations that we accept. As you might be aware we guarantee that we will be on-time or the trip is free, no questions asked. That's a tall order but when we set out on this course to be the best each and every day that was the standard we set. I know that we lose business every day because we are $10 to $15 pricier than a cab or a some other services but we take immense pride in knowing that our clients are 100% confident that their business trip or 'trip of a lifetime' will not get off to a bad start because we were not delivering the service we promised. We take pride in delighting our clients where others fail them even though we trade off not delighting more with lower rates. As a small business owner this is an issue that has always kept me up at night trying to figure out how to solve and I'm humble enough to tell you honestly that I just do not have an answer. Maintaining the highest standards is not easily done and while no one likes to hear that they fell short of their service objectives it is through this feedback that we make course corrections to always be improving. I am glad that you shared this particular service shortfall to my attention as it validates the action that we recently took in terminating the employment of a new staff member in our client care department. While we spend a lot of time training and coaching new employees on occasion we find that sometimes they do not have the skills to maintain the professionalism that we strive for. Your comments validate the unpleasant action that I had to take in terminating the employment of the staff member who you spoke with. Sadly, not everyone today embraces our commitment to outstanding personal service and thus cannot be a member of our team. Of course I wish that you did not have to experience this but I am glad that we took the action that we did. We do hope that you will allow us to serve you again in the near future and have made note of your unpleasant experience with the former member of our reservations staff."
