Took advantage of mom's Christian charity ....asked payment-in-full when adult children were not present.... Played on moms sympathies like a con man. Ultimately, after months of painfully trying to work around the excuses, we ended up in Court. We were not the first....as we later found out. Sad. Cost over $2,000 to hire representation.....judgement awarded, but owner Jim Eckart failed to pay judgement even in part. Saddest to me was his claim to be a Christian family man....
