Rob does things a bit differently, he uses warm water with his cleaners. There is no bleach smell or damage to plants. Bleach turns to salts, no good for the soil. We have a lot of landscape, there was no aftermath damage to plants. Our driveway was a mess with mold and mildew - its now almost blinding, its so clean. Rob's long term customers in the neighborhood have not needed to paint their homes with his yearly treatments.
