 + -1 moreExceptionally well. During my search for this my 3rd pool, I found the company to have a keen knowledge of not only their product but the competitions. In a professional and non-derogatory manner towards competitors, they provided information & references which allowed us to make better decisions. The pool was then delivered when expected and installed by a very experienced crew vs a fly by night team tossed together for pool season. Everyone along the way was responsove to our needs, worked well with those associated with the project (i.e. landscape designer, landscaper, electrician, etc.) and constangly approached things with a long-term eye towards customer satisfaction. Quality does have a price but in this case that price includes: Quality workmanship, Responsiveness, Integrity, Ethical Business Standards, Professionalism and above all a goal towards The Customer's Long-Term Statisfaction. If you want a quality pool & a company that stands behind their work then check them out!
Description of Work: Sold & Installed the ''Luxor'' 16 x44 9'' fiberglass inground pool manufactured by San Juan Pools. Installation pkg. included: 3 sheer descent waterfalls, 2 Fiberstars LightedLaminar Flow Fountains, Destiny Oyster Blue waterline ceramic interior tile edging by Classic Pool Tile, the GoldLine Controls, Inc. Remote in-home controlled Aqua Logic P-4 Salt/Chlorine Generator system, Pentair Clean and Clear Cartridge Filter system, Pentair WhisperFlo 1hp Pumps, Pentair MiniMax Natural 400,000 btu, gas fired heater with digital controls and electronic ignition, Pentair PG 2000 Fiber optic lighting for pool with 4 color wheels, Hayward Automatic Skimmer, Hayward anti-vortex main drain and 2 HydroAir adjustable return inlets with adjustable directional flow controls, under pool sump pit with well point and washed gravel with check valve and access pipe, the Pentair Legend Platinum automatic pool cleaner and Aquamatic Cover Systems Luxor-Hydramatic Undertrack Automatic Pool Cover product.
