Mr Ivey came in person for the estimate, and once I decided to go with his company they were here 2 days later.  I was unable to move everything out of the way (old fiberglass insulation) and was ok with a small portion being unfinished, but the gentlemen working moved the items and completed the entire job.  They also used their own scaffolding, although I had my own upstairs--they didn't want to get it covered in foam and make it "look old".  The job itself looks great, and they cleaned up completely after themselves.  Total time was about 2 1/2 days--there is no A/C upstairs, so it was well over 100 degrees.  They still pushed on until around 5pm both days, and finished before noon (just cleanup) on the third.
I would definitely hire the company again, and am contemplating having my crawl space done.  It is an expensive undertaking, but as a long term investment it is well worth it.

They answered my call and then they let me know ahead of time when there was a resource conflict. We had a dispute about how much insulation was going in and they seemed to be believers in the idea that the customer is always right. I presented the quote and they resolved it to my satisfaction on the spot.

I contacted the company and was responded to by one of the brothers (there are 2 that run this operation). He came to my house, looked at everything, and took measurements. Later that week he sent me a written estimate by email. Communication with this brother did not move as fast as i would have liked. I set up an appointment for the insulation of my walls to be done, and on that day, the other brother showed up to do the work (about an hour after the time i was expecting). He had not been informed by his brother as to the details of my project until he was on the road to my place. Rock wool insulation was to be blown into my walls from the attic through holes drilled into the top plates. He and his team of 2 were not dressed for this, but they pushed forward anyway. The job ended up taking longer than anticipated because their machine kept getting clogged, so they had to come back the following day for a few hours. This particular insulation work is non-invasive into your home, but very loud in the room that they are working on. When the job was completed, they cleaned up all the insulation that  had gotten on the floor. At the end, I was informed that more rock wool insulation had been put into the walls than originally estimated, but i was not charged for it. I paid the price that I had been quoted initially. The rock wool has cut the sound transmission from room to room by at least 50%, probably more. I will use these guys to insulate my attic before this coming winter.
