PRICE CONSTRUCTION

The house was finished about a week late even though throughout construction the foreman promised a 2 week early delivery. The late delivery was due to Price Construction forgetting to put in water and sewer tap/permits (sort of basic construction requirements). Throughout construction the lot had a very high water table on the back of the property. Both the builder and foreman promised to handle the problem and put in French drains, however after moving in they continually put off the problem until it finally became summer then claimed there was no problem. When Mr. Price (the owner) was confronted he stated that it wasn't his problem and that it sounded like I had a problem that wasn t his concern. He even became belligerent and refused to acknowledge the fact that his foreman promised to put in the French drain.
