Replace Heat Pump Compressor.  They contacted the manufacturer and discovered that the compressor had a lifetime warranty, so I did not have to pay for the part.  I did have to pay for the installation, but this was half of what it would have cost me.  The representative did try to sell me their Annual Maintenance Service Plan, but they did not give me the "hard sell". I did not feel pressured. Jackson and Sons is a very professional company.

I've already given a detailed report on the type of preventive maintenance they do according to my contract.  I've used this company since 2006 and haven't had any problems with their work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Semi annual maintenance

We have a service contract with Jackson & Sons and use them for our home service and have a business and use them for the office too.   We have been using them for years.  With a service contract they come out twice a year ( to the home and office) .  Also,  when you have a service contract and have a problem,  you can call them 24/7 and you are first on their list to have your system checked.

Jackson and Sons did a fantastic job, from identifying a variety of options for a new heat pump/AC unit to the financing available for each selection. We signed a contract, their workers were in and out in half a day. They removed the old unit and literally didn't leave even a footprint around the new unit.

We got a Trane, perfect size, and cut our electric at least $100-200/month over the summer (despite Progressive/Duke raising their rates). I highly recommend Jackson & Sons. Friends have told me I could get cheaper elsewhere, but you certainly won't get the same quality service or the same quality products by trying to go cheap!!!

The serviceman from the company performed a preventive maintenance inspection which includes cleaning the evaporator and condensenser coils, cleaned and inspected the drain pan and drain line, checked fans and motors, checked for signs of water on ductwork and ductwork, changed the UV light and air filter, checked the thermostat and CO level.  I have a residential energy savings agreement with the company and an inspection is done semi-annually on both heating and air conditioning. | |Everything went well and the serviceman was courteous and clean (wore coveralls underneath the house and protective footies on the inside).  He explained everything on the service report that was done and renewed my agreement.  I've been very pleased with this company's work as I have used them since 2006.

This was a routine service fall check up. The service man found that my heat strips were not coming on at all. They rewired the unit and it is working great now.

Excellent. My house has 5 units. I am under their service contract with check over and cleaning 2 times annually. My duct work had mold in the lines. The duct work was installed with a different provider when the house was built. They finished job toy highest expectations. They r very professional. When I have an appt. they call me on the way to my house. They r always on time for appt. they come n uniform With their name on their shirt. They always give me their name and explain everything they did so I can totally understand. One thing that impresses me, the put on disposable Covers on their shoes before entering my home.

Everything went okay.   Had to use a one speed motor where before the motor had various speeds.
None in stock.  I was satisfied with the one speed motor, was fine with me.

Jackson and Sons arrived at our house on the day promised.  They installed the compressor and had us up and running in just a few hours.   Their work is ALWAYS top notch.  When they have to come inside the young men alway put on shoe covers to keep dirt to minimum.  Jackson's workers are very well mannered and are always polite.  The company calls after the work is completed to be sure of your satisfaction.  I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

This is a twice a year  preventive service we have purchased for about 10 years now.The technicians are always courteous,  prompt and professional.  We have been very pleased with the company.

He seemed to do a through job.  I have used their service's for many years and always done a good job.
The only draw back is they try to sign you up for two years and check up's ahead of time.

They were very courteous and did a great job.

They come out twice a year for clean and checkup of the unit. I like the knowledge of the service people. They are prompt if you have a problem on getting out. The staff is very knowledgeable.

The technician arrived precisely on time. He was courteous, thorough and very professional. The maintenance service contract has proven to be an excellent investment. We've used other HVAC companies, but Jackson & Sons are the best. We wouldn't use anyone else.
