They are good, but their prices are high. They come and clean it using my water and I am paying about $110 for one clean, and I think the price is excessive. The contract does not include a problem that you might have, and you have to call them. The contract does not cover that, and you have to pay $100 for them to just come for the house call, and more if they have to do labor.

Everything is great, and I would recommend them to anybody. They might be a little pricey, but the quality of work they do, and the customer service is great, and you get the best bang for your buck. I think they are very knowledgeable about what is going on, and they will look at things and give you tips on what needs to be done. They don’t try to force a sale or make a sale. They are very honest and trustworthy. They are clean and professional looking company.

This was an older HVAC system that lost its useful life after many seasons of heating/cooling. This company was contacted and immediately responded with phones calls and appointment setting for a full assesment of the needs of the home. The mobile manager was prompt with his appointment and made his walk-through with a pleasent disposition and 'can-do' attitude. Did not try to "up-sell" but provided an accurate assesment of the current condition of the unit and the way ahead.  A more efficient unit was selected above their recommendation. An appointment was set for the install and they were there ahead of time. It was a LONG day of an install that was in a crawl space and a unit that had to be moved to a new exterior location (code considerations). Great work ethic to ensure the job was complete within the day; a full explanation of what was accomplished on the day; and a lesson on the thermostat controls.  This company did a follow-up to ensure all was working well and will be back to assess their workmanship.  Well recommended.

As usual the customer service was wonderful The men were here before 8:30 as they said they would be and done before 3:30. all the mess was cleaned up. Even though they had knocked a hole in the side of our crawl space for the new piping. You would never know they had been here after they had left.  A few days Cecli came by to check and make sure that everything was done right and working fine. From the new thermostat to the new AC unit.  Even talking time to show us all how to use the new thermostat.

We received a phone call 15 minutes before the technician arrived and the woman that called was very courteous.   The technician Jose arrived on time and worked very neatly and was very professional.  He checked the thermostat and the unit and explained everything to us so that we understood what was wrong with the unit.  He repaired it very quickly and had the part that needed replacing handy.  I am very glad that he was able to repair it so quickly because we had family coming in from out of town.  We will be using them to clean and maintain our unit because of how this technician performed. 

I have had Jackson and Sons come yearly since I bought my house in 1997.  They are always very knowledgeable, quiet (Having a husband sleeping during the day, this is necessary.), and respectful. 
I may be getting a new unit in September of this year. I will definitely be using Jackson and sons.

They did a good job for me.  They sent someone out to check my old system before they replaced it.  They kept in touch and have cleaned the system twice so far as part of the purchase.  They were very knowledgable and have a very good reputation in our area.  The work was also done very cleanly.  They cleaned up their mess before they left.
