The project was done quickly and professionally. Kent repaired a saucer size hole in my carpet (thanks to the dog), and it looks great. Visitors don't even know its there, unless you point it out. We're very happy with the carpent cleaning and the repair of our carpet in two areas where our dogs did some damage. They also treated areas where the dogs liked to "visit" and they haven't been back since. Would highly recommend.
