The were able to squeeze me into their schedule. The did some stretching and cleaning. Overall, the carpet looks great! Would definitely recommend if you are not ready to purchase new carpet and need it.to.look fresh "almost" new!

This couple is FANTASTIC! They work very hard to make sure the job is done right & I would HIGHLY recommend them! They stretched our carpet in several places and cleaned our carpets, which had stains from our dog and the carpets LOOK LIKE NEW! Their price was VERY REASONABLE & they were pleasant to work with - HIRE THEM & I know you won't be sorry!

Kent & Dawn are meticulous! I spilled a candle on my white carpet that had a horribly difficult pattern to match. I cannot say enough nice things about this couple. Kent spent a great deal of time to match my pattern to perfection. If you want someone that cares about their work I highly recommend them!

He was good, quick and professional.

I had to call 4 times before I finally was able to reach someone. They did not call back after I left several messages. Finally I received a quote over the phone for having my carpet stretched. They did not tell me that the price might vary depending upon if I had floor vents or floor sockets or an irregular room. If I had known this, I might have hired the other company who gave me a comparable quote. So they arrived and did the work and then informed me that the price was higher than they quoted me over the phone. They probably should have looked at the room upon arrival and informed me that it would be above the phone quote. Because they told me it was higher after the work was done, I probably could have argued it. But I did not. Overall, they are very nice. It is a small locally owned company which is nice to support.

The couple that came to do the work were very honest and very plesant to work with. I would use them anytime I have carpet issue.

We will be using them again in a couple of weeks. Very professional and excellent work.

Originally, we wanted a bid to replace our carpet. Carpet Medic suggested that we allow them a try at cleaning. We were thrilled with the results and saved the money of replacing three rooms of carpet!

Kent was amazing! He took poorly installed carpet and made it look brand new! I would HIGHLY recommend him and his price was very reasonable! Couple that with the fact that he was easy to work with (he had to work around my busy schedule) and he should get 6 stars!
