Michael is a great all-around remodeler/builder. We've used Westlake Builders several times over the past few years. Referred by a friend, we had a half-bath remodeled, replaced a deck (large deck, 15 ft off the ground), replaced toilets, a tub, and some bathroom fixtures in the other bathrooms, replaced a water heater, and replaced plumbing due to leaks from polybutelyne piping connectors originally installed in our house. Michael is responsive, prompt, and thorough. His bids and bills are detailed and accurate. There are no surprises - you see what the work will involve up front, and because of his experience, he's able to give a good estimate on cost. He will not low-ball only to come back later with a huge difference once the work is done. Therefore, he may not be the lowest bidder, but you can trust him and ensure the work will be done correctly with reasonable pricing.

LakeMike Kreshon is an intelligent, knowledgeable and prompt contractor. He knows building. He gives informed advice based on his wide experience. His subcontractors are experienced, courteous people. Everybody works hard to meet deadlines, but do not shave corners to do so.The people he hired to paint, install wall board, reroof the house, do carpentry work, etc., were also experienced and willing to go the extra mile. Upgrading our lake house has been a huge job complicated by the fact that we live 45 minutes away. Mike always went out of his way to accommodate us.
