My wife and I are so pleased with Nathan and his installers. The entire experience from start to finish was terrific. Nathan was a pleasure to work with without the usual sales pressure to buy. We selected Shaw E9366 Anso nylon carpet and a 6 pound pad and it looks and feels great. We highly recommend Westlake Flooring.

Called in the morning to get an estimate and a couple hours later the technician called and came over very promptly. He spliced in a new piece of carpet and did a nice job. Would not hesitate in using him again.

I called Nathan Keener at Westlake Flooring based on the recommendation of a friend. He sent an installer the same day to take measurements. Nathan brought out samples of carpeting that fit the style and budget I had requested. He was well prepared with total pricing for each carpet sample and could tell me pros and cons of the various carpets. Plus he's an all around nice guy! The work was completed on schedule and at the price we had discussed. The carpet was beautifully installed and looks great. I thought the price was more than fair. I received great value for my money.
