Water Filtration Experts

My wife and I recently built a new home in the area and needed to have a water filtration system installed. We were concerned about water impurities and after looking into a number of companies, opted to go with Water Filtration Experts. Very good decision! After conducting very thorough tests on the water, John reviewed the results with us. John is extremely well versed in all aspects of water filtration and provided a very good explanation of the results as well as his recommendations. Excellent, thorough, and professional job! John took the time (two hours) to answer all of our questions and ensured that he understood our problem before recommending a solution. (We had two other vendors provide estimates as well but John was the only one who listened intently before suggesting we purchase something.) He walked us through what to expect after completing the installation, leaving us confident that our money was well spent and that we had added value to our home. We are now enjoying much cleaner water and no longer are dealing with faucets chronically clogged by mineral deposits.

John with water for Traciann expert's came to our home and removed and existing filter that we had and installed a new one for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the process to ensure that we pick the proper filter for our needs.

Had a wonderful experience getting a whole-home water filtration system put in our home. The technician was very personable, knowledgable, and professional. We live in York county SC and have city water. After reading the public annual water quality report I really felt it was necessary for our family to invest in cleaner water for our home. We had several companies come out and quote. Water Filtration Experts was the only company that didn't try to force us to buy things we didn't need. The end result is fresh clean water from every device in our house at thousands less than the other companies. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out this company also does plumbing. After the filtration system, I had them come back out to install a hot water heater. Our previous hot water heater was 19 years old so we proactively replaced it - better safe than sorry!

They were very professional and offered a great value for their service. They answered all my questions and explained my various options and did not try to up sell me. For the amount of work they did it was a good value. I would definitely use them again.
