Russ showed up on time. I told him I had ordered a part for the inside of the drum that had come loose, I replaced the part, then I decided to take off the front of my dryer to vacuum the vent dust that escapes my vent. In doing that the drum slipped a little and I could not remember the exact way to put everything back together. He seemed irritated he made a comment that people do this all the time then he has to come and fix there mess. While he was working on my dryer he needed a screw I could not find it I must have lost it. I said I have a ton of screws in my garage and left to get them. When I returned the dryer had already been put back together. I assumed he found the screw or had one in his bag. The only time he was nice in my opinion was when it came time to pay him. He was nice and chatty.
I went up stairs to start my wash. When I checked my dryer I noticed that he never put the missing screw in, he left it empty. I went and found a screw that fit and put it in. Then when I put my first load of wash in the dryer it was very loud! The drum had NOT been pushed back in place. My dryer sounds terrible, its loud when it runs and is getting worse. Now (when I have extra money) I must call another company to come out and do the work that should have been done, and now pay for it twice!

Russ was professional, courteous and personable. He was here for well over an hour but only charged for one hour's work (the price I paid included parts). I would hire him again and would recommend him.
