He did a great job, he was very informative, he taught me a lot through out the process. He walked us through step by step trying different options before we had to have the ultraviolet light installed. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job for a great price.

The problem happen to be a minor one in which a pressure hose had been dislodged.  He proceeded to fix the hose and the problem was solved.  He then gave my wife and I an on the spot  class of problems that could occur and how they could be prevented.  He never tried to push or sell anything that was not immediately needed.  We learned a great deal about maintaining a

water well and what we could do to make the well water better.  I most certainly will call this company again if I experience any further problems.

We had been experiencing major water system failures since January freeze.  Other plumbers had come in on emergency and repaired to get water flowing at an exorbitant cost, all discussed water quality and treatment with us.  All talked the talk but slow to get back engaged.
We had another failure which I felt sure was the pump in the well, it was a Sunday, the first really pretty day in a long time.  I found Michael/Rockwater via a search for pump costs on Google.  Called him and he came right out to the house with out hesitations.  Once there he took in the history of our problems and assessed everything.  He did a water testing as well.  Mike then discussed the water quality, treatment, well issues and our budget with us.  He devised an estimate and cost to fix our water delivery issues and treatment updates all at once and the price was very fair compared to the others.  
Mike came out that Wednesday and installed, repaired everything that day, very courteous and professional in every way.  Did not mind I was watching everything, asking questions etc.  This is a professional guy here and it showed.  Our system was everything we wanted and nothing more - he never oversold or jacked the prices up.
Post installation:  Mike checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were happy, everything was working as expected etc.   We have water pressure like we've never had before, the water quality is amazing, taste, softness and clarity.  The laundry comes out so soft!

We woke up on Sunday with no water. We called Rockwater Well because they offer 24/7 service. Our call was answered immediately and we were scheduled the same day. Mike came by noon and did an extensive inspection on the well system. He was very professional, and he spent time with us explaining the problem. In less than an hour we had water running. Mike really knows his business and provides excellent service. For sure we will come back to him in the future.
