R-Anell sent wrong sq. ft. plans to my lender. The result was the original appraisal which I based my go ahead to build the house was $185,000(house only). After the house was built and I was ready to close, the house was re-appraised @ $125,000. I paid almost $150,000!!! All because they sent the wrong plans. They installed a used master bath tub that leaked; they refused to replace it I now have a repaired bath tub. Vent pipes were not connected in the bathroom, I had methane gas coming into my home. Our heating and air system was installed backwards. The whole system had to be re-permitted and county inspected. They tore open a load bearing wall because they did not build according to my plans, a French door and triple bank of windows had to be moved and electrical moved. They were supposed to get a new permit which they did not and have it reinspected which they did not. They used nails instead of screws on the wall board and flooring; they creek and pop. The list goes on and on.
