5 stars!! I hired Lake Norman Electric for a project at my home and was very happy with the service that I received. Hal & Glenn went above and beyond (even during the pouring rain) to get the project completed. The office staff was prompt to get me into scheduling, and the communication was spot on. I would highly recommend this company!

Terrible is just one word to describe. The worst experience with any contractors. The final inspection did not go through and now we have to hire other electrician to finish and pass the final inspection. The guy Rob hang up on me that he told it wasn't his responsibility. After spending about $3000 for the electricity work on the dock, I'm expecting little more respect than just get hang up on by this electrician. Very rude and only thing they care about getting more money from me. Whole process wasn't pleasant that I felt like they just want to get rid of me after I paid in full. 0 star for this company..

Very expensive

Professional, great work in this engineer's mind. Have used before and will use again if need be. Excellent price IMO.

We had just built a new dock and needed to have electric wiring installed. The home builder had already installed a panel next to the old pier so the panel box was available but needed grounded properly. We provided Rob with a list of our needs via email and he came out to look at the dock and gave us a written estimate. LKN electrican, Dan, and his partner were able to start wiring the dock a couple weeks later. They were careful not to disturb the landscaping any more than necessary when installing the grounding grid. They used good quality material and placed the cables discretely as possible. Overall the quality of their work was excellent. The guys were courteous, cleaned up their work area each day and were careful not to block the driveway. Dan explained how everything worked on the last day and told us to call if we had more questions or any problems. Rob and Rita were easily accessible and by phone and online.
