Erik Leas was most professional and conscientious on this job. Repair work on a 20 ft. ceiling required the use of scaffolding which required sanding to produce a good result. The dust was kept to a minimum and Erik and his assistant exercised diligence in protecting furniture and surfaces while working. They thoroughly prepared surfaces for painting that included painting of all ceilings, crown molding with trim enamel, and walls. We are very happy with the result.

Erik was great from the moment we meet. Came in on a Saturday to look at the house. He right away gave us some great ideas on how to transition our paint colors. We had received quotes from 4 other companies and even though he was not the cheapest, (he landed right in the middle) we went with him because of the confidence we saw in him, plus he spoken English! On day one of the job, he was on time and ready to start with the first two paint colors. I came home that evening to find almost my entire Family room was done and the Kitchen was done. This also included all the halls, the two story foyer, the stairway leading to the second floor, and the second floor hall. It was WAY more than expected and it looked great. Clean trim lines, no paint drips and if it wasn't for the smell (boy I hate the smell of paint) I wouldn't have even know he was there. Everything was picked up and placed into the one corner, out of my way. I was so impressed, I have already asked him to give me a quote for my upstairs rooms. As soon as there is room in the budget, he will be back!
