Estimates for work needed to be made on a per job basis, usually requiring a visit to job site and a meeting with homeowners. All workers are full time employees of Ken Lawing Builders Inc. Some specialty subcontractors are used as needed to complete the job requirements @ Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, etc. Billing procedures to be discussed and decided upon as the size and length of job dictates.
