I WAITED WEEKS FOR THE GUY TO COME BY JUST TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE, THEN WAITED WELL OVER TWO MONTHS FOR HIM TO COME TO DO THE REPAIR. (NO CALL/NO SHOW.) I FINALLY CALLED HIM AGAIN, AND WE SET A PARTICULAR DATE FOR HIM TO COME. WHEN THE TIME CAME, HE CALLED TO SAY HE COULDN'T COME ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY, BUT WOULD SOMETIME THAT WEEK, AND WOULD CALL TO ADVISE. NO CALL/NO SHOW. I THEN CALLED HIM AGAIN, ONCE AGAIN LEAVING MY NUMBERS, AND HE DIDN'T RESPOND. I CALLED HIM ONE LAST TIME AND NICELY ASKED WHEN HE WAS COMING. HE HAD THE NERVE TO RESPOND ANGRILY AND TO SAY HE HAD BEEN LEAVING ME MESSAGES ON MY PHONE MACHINES. (HE HAD THE CORRECT #S, AND THERE WERE NONE.) HE SAID THEN HE WOULD TRY FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK, AND WOULD CALL. NATURALLY, NO CALL, NO SHOW, AND IT'S NOW 3 WEEKS LATER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I FINALLY HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY.
