The technician arrived promptly and went through the terms of our contract (1 visit quarterly) in detail. He took time to understand the specific problem areas and details of our house. We've seen a significant decrease in the bugs already, even though he said the second treatment will be needed to eliminate them entirely.

I think there pricing is about the going rate but they do a very good job.

Representative looked at newly-discovered termite damage and said it "probably" was there before last-year's treatment. Would have like a more definitive answer, but maybe not possible.

I'm under a contract and I don't have to call them, they come automatically. I don't have to be home for them to come. I was in the crawl space this last week and I noticed they had been in there, so they're doing their job and what you pay for.

Klint did a thorough inspection and was very helpful explaining the way that termites entered the home and did their damage. He was extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. We agreed to have the company perform a major termite treatment in early October, and we will have additional feedback after that.

We would use them again.

Their customer service called immediately after I spoke to Angies List Concierge service. Their customer service was very courteous and helpful providing flexible scheduling options. Clint called ahead on the day of the appointment to verify the details. During the service they did everything we expected and then some, they even removed the cobwebs from the eaves of the house. Very professional and thorough. I look forward to having them come back for our quarterly service.

From first contact Rhonda was extremely professional and very patient with all my questions and concerns. Very prompt in responding to my requests and prompt in scheduling. The gentleman showed up promptly as promised and was VERY professional and thorough in inspection and treatment.

From the time I called to schedule an appointment, to the actual work, my experience was excellent. On the phone, the difference in ongoing service between signing up for quarterly or having a one-time visit was clearly explained. I decided to go with quarterly service which includes free call-backs. So far, though, the job appears to have been done well. Have only found a few dead bugs around, and since the technician explained that they're coming in from outside, the job around the perimeter of the house must have been thorough. I'm glad that I decided to go with this company, I'm really happy with their work!

My husband then called me at work to have them explain their quarterly service. They explained themselves very well and were not pushy.

Representative was very helpful on the phone and gave a lot of good information. Actual technician was the same. No issues!

They are excellent bug people. I have an annual contract with them. It is $80 four times a year. They are very good to follow directions and do what I ask if I can't be at the house. They do a very thorough job. They come whenever I call at no additional charge. I'm on the water so I have a lot of problems with bugs. I also have a lot of trees They are always prompt and they always show up. They do everything they are supposed to do even if I am not there to watch.

I have had Innovative out at my house Quarterly since new. They are great and I have no bugs in or around my home. These folks are like family.

I thought that they were professional and seem to know what they were doing for the most part. They're pretty thorough.

They were very professional, comprehensive, and very ethical. They seemed very knowledgeable. They were the only one that I had talked to that had a cream solution and so that was a plus if somebody is interested with that. The quote was fairly high.
