Our garage door had been deteriorating but it still worked until finally the bottom frame broke in half and we could not raise or lower the door.  We contacted several garage door companies. We had two other responses but Doors by Nalley was the only company that could come the next day. They came, examined the door and explained  it would have to be replaced. We had suspected that would be the case because it looked like if we just tried to lower it, it would completely fall apart. They ordered a new door and promised to have it the next week. Meanwhile, they patched up our door with metal braces which allowed us to raise and lower the door until the new one was installed. The next week we called, they had received the door, made an appointment to install it, showed up on time, installed the door, explained to us how to lubricate it and left us happy, enjoying our brand new garage door. We have nothing but praise for the professionalism and friendliness of all those we came in contact during this process and we highly recommend this company.

A spring on our wooden garage door broke, and the door would go up only with difficulty, stopping and starting. I called them as there was a service decal on the door from years ago, before we bought the house. The lady who answered was very helpful, explained the situation and my options, and offered to have their serviceman come out the next morning. When I realized they are way up in Denver, I offered to call a closer company, but she said they do lots of calls all over the metroplex and would be happy to help. The serviceman could not have been more pleasant or knowledgeable. He explained everything very thoroughly, gave me an exact price, and made a temporary fix so the door would work while parts shipped. Several days later he returned and installed the new springs. This company appears to be a great, local, family business.

Beautifully. They asked all the right questions about trim options, sealing, etc. They they delivered them so that they could be stained before assembly and installation -- and returned to install them. Everything was highly professional, and the doors are the envy of the neighborhood.

Overall, this company was great to work with. Timely, personable and reassuring are the some of the best qualities that I would use to describe them!!!

I called, and they came the next day. I was very impressed. Jimmy was on time, very friendly, and did a great job. We tested the door with the wall button, and it worked perfectly. When I discoverd the next day that the hand held garage door opener didnot work, I called again. We discovered that Jimmy omitted to reset the sistem. Well, he came out the next morning and got it done. Again, I was impressed how fast they came back out, and how nice Jimmy was.

They answered my first call. They came promptly for an estimate. The guys who did the work were punctual and competent.

I was delighted with the service and with my new door.

DOORS BY NALLEY WERE WONDERFUL. I CALLED IN THE MORNING AND THEY WERE OUT THE SAME MORNING TO FIX THE GARAGE DOOR. VERY POLITE, REASONABLY PRICED, PROMPT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY IF I NEED REPAIRS TO MY GARAGE DOORS.

CAME THE SAME DAY THEY WERE CALLED. VERY FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROMPT. THEY CAREFULLY REPLACED EVERYTHING THEY MOVED, PERFORMED ADDITIONAL MINOR MAINTENANCE ON THE DOOR AT NO EXTRA CHARGE AND OFFERED USEFUL MAINTENANCE ADVICE. I'M USUALLY HARD TO PLEASE, BUT THEY EXCEEDED ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND PROMPT. THE GUYS WORKED QUICKLY AND CLEANED UP REALLY WELL AFTER THEMSELVES.

PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER COMPANIES. HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AT OLD HOUSE; VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE.
