Diligent Glass Replacement Services

Prior to these two occasions, we had used Diligent Glass one other time. They were reliable and came out as they stated they would. I am not sure what has now happened to their company but they gained our trust and now have failed to do the work we paid for. We were selling a house that need glass replacement. On February 7th, we gave Doug Zinn a check for $380 to replace glass at a home in Denver, NC. We closed on the house on 2/28 but the glass did not arrive in time according to Mr. Zinn. As of this day, the glass has still not been installed. We have another property that we paid Mr. Zinn $430. Mr. Zinn came out to the property in Charlotte, NC with what he stated was the wrong piece of glass. He assured us he would be out the following week to install the glass. I have been in contact with him on numerous occasions where he gives one excuse after another as to why the glass has not been replaced. He is now not answering my calls or text messages.

Appointment confirmed. No call. no show. no response. Was to replace cracked windshield.

I called Doug the morning of 11/12/2014 and asked him for a quote, he gave me a quote right on the spot. The quote was fair, and he told me he would arrive between 2 and 3 PM. At 2:30, I received a call from my security guard to inform me that he was here. I directed him to my parking spot, and within 20 minutes, the window was fixed and he had cleaned up all of the glass, even the glass that was on the parking deck floor. Doug was easy to talk to and very friendly. I highly recommend anyone using Doug over anyone else. I hope I don't have to have this done again, but if I do, Doug will be my first call.
