I was looking for a local company and I found him through Google. They came right away and did a very good job. He came in and for the kind of lock that we had on the door, he explained that a new one would have cost at least $300. It is a very complicated, secure, and childproof lock. He was able to re-use one that a previous customer no longer wanted and charged us only $125. It took him more than an hour to fix and install the new lock. We had a good experience.

He was very personable and was here on time. He worked with us and came back for no extra fee when one of the locks was not working. He was good.
