No paid in full for the job and didn’t complete the job to pass inspection I had to finish the digging part of the job myself to make sure it was 18 inches below ground and 8 foot long by hand ,they did 4 inches not happy and didn’t refund any money

I'm just going to share the facts and you can make your own choice about hiring. I had 3 ceiling fans replaced and one outlet replaced. I was charged $585. The technician was nice, but very slow and I was being charged by the hour. At one point, he couldn't get a fan to work and tore it apart only to realize about an hour later, that he had forgot to turn the breaker back on. If you think $585 is fair for replacing 3 fans and one outlet, by all means hire, but I thought it was very high, especially when over the phone I was told probably less than $400. I would not hire again under any circumstance

"This lady wanted a quote over the phone to replace lights on her 3 fans and troubleshoot an outside recp . I told her without looking at it , it’s hard to quote but based on her information it shouldn’t be over $ 400.00 . When my technician got there it was totally different from what she had asked for . She had purchase fans from Amazon and wanted new fans installed . When he went to put the last one up , she said it was supposed to be remote controlled but there wasn’t a controller with it and would he go get one . He left and went to lowes and the only ones on the shelf was for a different brand of fan . He got with a lowes associate to see if they could order one . When the associate looked it up he found that they showed one in stock but couldn’t find it on the shelf . After looking in the stockroom he located it and my tech returned to install it . Our original cost of labor was within $ 75.00 of what I quoted plus the cost of the controller . She totally misled us on what she wanted . We could have walked away without getting her part but we didn’t . We did everything we could to help her complete this job . It’s a shame that sometimes you get a customer that doesn’t tell the complete story of a job . We’ve been in business for over 42 years and haven’t survived that long and received the 62 - 4.8 rated reviews on Angie’s list from cheating people . It’s always a pleasure to respond with the truth about our work ‘"

I’m terrible with names so I don’t remember his name but he did such a great job! (Owners son unbeknownst to me) He was fast and knowledgeable and definitely did an amazing job. He was personable and made the experience very exceptional. I needed someone out as soon as possible and they made the extra effort to accommodate me and came out Memorial Day. I will DEFINITELY use them again!! Thank you so much!!
