Our 16 year old HVAC system died.   We knew we needed to upgrade and have a larger unit installed and new duct work added to accommodate an additional room.    Our friend who previously worked in the HVAC industry recommended Ryan Mills to install our new HVAC system.   He said Ryan was "honest and trustworthy" and "the best in the industry"...   boy was he correct!    Ryan came to our home to visit the site.   He fixed our system that day so that we would have heat until our new unit could be installed.   He did not charge us for this visit!    Ryan had a quote for the new system to us within 2 hours.    On the day of installation, his team was incredibly hard working.   They were able to install both the interior and exterior units, and add the duct work all in one day.    They left our home neat and tidy.   His team members were very knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our questions.    They were not only professional but very kind and courteous.   Ryan Mills, Billy, Eric, Ora (in the business office) and every person we encountered with Custom Comfort were stellar in all aspects!!!    I highly recommend Custom Comfort for all of your HVAC needs, I will 100% use them in the future!!

Jason did my normal spring service and checkup of air conditioning system and added Freon.  Have had Jason personally service my A/C (in spring) and furnace (in autumn) for many years.  He understands my quirky hybrid system and always does an excellent and thorough job.  Jason is polite and courteous and experienced and knowledgeable.  His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Jason and his company: Custom Comfort.

I highly recommend this company for your heating and A/C work to be done. We spoke / met with Jason. He came to our home on a Saturday to take the time and look at what needed to be done. He was our fourth contractor to come by and give us a quote in three days. He was the most honest and upfront contractor to give suggestions. The price was very reasonable between 4,000 - 6500 depending on what we wanted to go with. We needed a new a/c unit and coil for sure, but we didn't know if we should get a zone system and/or a new furnace. He went in the attic and found that we had a manual zone system already in place and showed me where they were. He gave us a few different options on which route we could go with. He even called the manufacturer to the furnace company on Monday to verify specs for compatibility of a new unit. He went extra steps in service that is just phenomenal. We did not go with this company only because we had a certain a/c unit in mind that we wanted that they were not able to use.  Every company can only sell you certain A/C unit brand(s) that they are affiliated with. Same reason why we as consumers can not just go buy one and install it in our home, heating and a/c is a specialized service. A few last words, Jason also took my call on a Sunday at 9pm, he also took his shoes off when he came into our home. I highly recommend this company because of price, being on time, honesty, kindness, wonderful work, professionalism and etc... I told Jason he could use me as a reference at any time. It went pretty good.  We havent had the system very long but so far so good.  The company is very professional and I highly recommend them.
