Terri was awesome, She treated my cats as if they were her own. I would definitely recommend her company.

It went great! This was our first booking with her service, so our first day was free. Each day, she would leave a report of what was done and how our cat behaved during the visit. We loved reading the reports when we came back home! Even though she normally does not contact customers during their time away, she sent us a very reassuring email after a couple of days just to put our minds at ease, since this was our first time using her services. We were very pleased with her service and will definitely recommend her to our friends and neighbors as well as use her services again in the future.

Everything went WONDERFUL!!! Terri is such an amazing person and pet setter. A week prior to her coming we had a meet and greet that lasted about 45 minutes. Right then I knew Terri was a professional. Very personable, loving, meticulous, and listens to all requests and concerns.....She just LOVES what she does and it really, really shows!!!
After our meeting she emailed all the details that we discussed and they were right on!
Our 2-furbabies (Coco 8 and Scooter 6) are westies and prior to the week Terri took care of them we had never left them over night with anyone other than our son for a few nights....they always travel with us! The last three years we have wanted to travel further where flying is much easier. For the two years prior I had always had my plane ticket and would chicken out at the last minute and send my husband and son on. Prior to making our vacation plans I would tour several daycare/extended care facilities and have their reservations made too only to cancel at the last minute. I knew that they probably would do fine during the day with the interaction with the other dogs but just couldn't think of leaving them in a place that they would have to be caged up at night....that is not what they are use to.
After meeting with Terri she put my fears to rest and this time I was able to get on that plane! It totally surprised my husband and son.
When we came back both babies were surprisingly calm and normal acting. I knew then that they too had an exciting time away from us and knew without a doubt that they were truly spoiled and well taken care of! After some snuggle time we sat down to read all the notes that Terri had written at each visit. It was very special to know what they had been doing that week too!
As we were reading the notes we found out that Scooter preferred Terri to hand feed him..... and that there were plenty of play sessions, rub downs, and belly rubs!
We are already planning our vacation next year.....so Terri we will be contacting you shortly to have us penciled in!

I love America's Pet Pals. They are awesome. They have a limit area they cover so they will only go about 10 miles from their office.

My daughter asked me to write this review for her..."I've worked with Terri for a few years now and she is the best pet sitter I've ever had! I would HIGHLY recommend her! She truly loves each animal she takes care of and it shows. She is extremely pleasant, responds quickly and provides great customer service. I completely trusted her in my home and she's had a key for a long time. I don't have one complaint. My kitty Misty Pie isn't comfortable with most people, but she enjoyed having Terri stop by while her mommy was on vacation because she took great care of her. Thanks for taking care of my baby Terri!"

I have been using America's Pet Pals for almost 5 years to care for my cat and home. I have found Terri (the owner) to provide an excellent service and would highly recommend her services. Terri goes above and beyond the basic care of your pet, for example during this last visit she took my cat's bed and blankets home to wash twice, she made a trip to the vet and where possible she spent some extra time with my cat, even popping in on her if she was in the neighborhood. I feel that Terri truly cares about the animals entrusted to her care and she looks after them as if they were her own. Their welfare is of paramount importance to her and I know my cat loves Terri very much and really enjoys her visits.
Terri also looks after our pool, fills bird feeders/baths, brings in mail, waters plants and does the trash can.
She communicates on a daily basis the events of her visit by way of a diary sheet, which ensures the owner is fully aware of how their pet has fared and of any incidentals which may have occurred, e.g. package deliveries. If necessary she will contact you by email/phone if there is something unusual going on with your pet, which gives you peace of mind. We were in Japan on this last trip and she even called us there!
I have recommended America's Pet Pals to several of my neighbours, some with cats and some with dogs; everyone is extremely happy with the service provided.
I would definately recommend America's Pet Pals for all you pet's needs in your absence.

Terri's company has raised the bar for dog sitting/walking for our family! We have used several companies over the years and this one is hands down the absolute best. Our dogs are well taken care of in our absence. All employees (Tim has helped us a lot) with Terri are fantastic! We never have to worry about the house or our dogs. We have used them for overnight trips, as well as over a week trips. Our neighbors comment on the consistent arrival and consistent daily walks that Terri and her team deliver. The attention to detail (from booking to confirmation to the visit to the daily notes) is better than any company we have used. We are raving fans of Terri/Tim and of America's Pet Pals.

The price was $13 per visit. The owner is very nice and professional.

Every time she comes in she leaves a cute little note with what they all did. She does a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone!
