Description of Work: Warranty repair on a relatively new Hoover handheld vacuum. Problem was immediately correctly diagnosed and fixed when necessary parts were obtained.

Our "vacuum cleaners" don't enter our radar until there is a problem, then all we have to refer to is advertising. Being a warranty dealer for 12 different manufacturers and working on everything that comes through my door, gives me an insight valuable to anyone looking to buy or fix a vacuum cleaner. I have the largest bag and belt selection in the area, and serving my customers is my number one priority.
There is one specific model of machine I will not work on due to unpleasant past experiences with their corporate warranty people...that is the Bissell PRO - Heat carpet shampooers.
I will work on their vacuums.
