THIS IS THE BEST ROOF I HAVE EVER HAD. THERE WERE NO LEAKS AND THEY SEALED AROUND THE CHIMNEY. I HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE MATERIALS AND A ONE YEAR GUARANTEE ON THE LABOR. THE THREE MAN CREW DID A GOOD CLEAN UP JOB.
