 + -1 moreRegarding jobs completed, Mr. Gates delivered quality work on budget within the stated contract timeframe. He gave us detailed proposals and worked with us and the insurance companies. He regards no job as too small and can do almost any construction or plumbing job needed at a reasonable price. Free estimates are given. He is extremely pleasant to work with and his crew was professional. Clean up on all jobs was very good. We highly recommend Todd Gates Construction.
Description of Work: Todd Gates and crew replaced roofs on three homes in Craven Co. (primary residence and 2 rentals) following damage from hurricane Irene in August 2011. He also repaired vinyl siding damage, ceiling leak damage, replaced damaged wood and storm door, etc., and replaced a chimney cap. Since that time, we have also used Mr. Gates for other home repairs to include designing and replacing three crawl space doors. Mr. Gates is a licensed plumber and a very talented carpenter for all finish work. He is presently working on a major renovation on one of our rental homes. I will provide report when this job is completed.
