Stereo and Home Theater System Service
The people they sent installed everything successfully. They did a good job on the initial installation. Everything seemed to work OK and they did some initial adjustments. After using it for a while I noticed that they failed to install IR repeaters on the TV and CD changer and there was also a problem with the sound not matching the lip movements as seen on the TV. When I called and brought that to their attention and asked to have someone address these issues they stopped answering my phone calls. While I am satisfied with the quality of the components they installed and the installation, their customer followup is sorely lacking.
