Northstar plumbing did a fantastic job and provided my company AFTERDISASTER with all the details and descriptions along with a report. It makes our lives so much easier when customer is happy and everything is explained and fixed they way it should of been. So thankful for Northstar and their exceptional work they do! Best communicators and just fantastic work... could sing their praises all day long!

Brian is very knowledgeable and was very open about the various options for fixing our predicament with toilets and leaky valves. He gave us lower priced alternatives than what we had talked about on the phone, and I feel like his main priority is fixing customer issues, not raking in top billing.

Seamless from first contact to completion. Brian was surprisingly responsive, candid, and professional. Just the task of getting the large h/w heater into my cellar (120 year old Queen Anne) was a bear, but Brian went above and beyond working through the challenge, removing/reinstalling some doors, while still completing the job ahead of schedule. I'm putting him on speed dial. A+.

My toilet continued to run. The tech came out and replaced the floater.

I emailed Northstar, explaining what my issue was. (It was NOT an emergency.) I received a phone call from them a few hours later. An appointment was made for the following day. Brian arrived right on time. He explained what needed to be done. He bills by the hour, not by the particular service. He told me that he didn't think it would take more than an hour to replace the faucets. And it didn't. The total cost -- time, parts and a $15 Angie's List discount -- came out to $150. Brian was knowledgeable and punctual. I recommend him highly and would use him again without hesitation.

Expectations exceeded. Brian arrived on time, spread a cloth to protect flooring and replaced two outdated faucets within an hour. He tested both thoroughly before putting away his tools and cleaned the counters before leaving. Northstar Plumbing is my go to plumbing company! I highly recommend this company.

We had done our research and purchased a water heater and 2 toilets. We had Brain Betters of Northstar install them on a time and materials basis. Brian arrived as planned and worked steadily through the day. If he needed to wait for a part to be brought up – he would jump to another task. He finish be late afternoon and also did a few other plumbing tasks we asked him to. We found Brian Betters to be very knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. His suggestions are quality and customer focused. Unreserved recommendation.

I couldn't have asked for better service! I came home in the afternoon to find water coming out from under the garage door. I opened the door and the water heater was leaking very badly. I looked up plumbers on Angie's list and Northstar Plumbing was at the top. I called Brian and he said he would be able to come in about an hour, but he was sending his son out immediately to see what I needed and to pick up the water heater to bring it here for him to install it when he got here. I had already turned off the water to the heater, so that was addressed. The whole process from start to finish took about 2 1/2 hours. If you are lucky enough to get Brian out when you need him, you won't be disappointed.

Our cabinet below the kitchen sink is pretty congested. Brian did a great job of using smaller fittings so there was as much room as possible for the electrical guys to do their work. And made it easy to disconnect in the future; thinking ahead! He was prompt, thoughtful and conscientious. I would seriously recommend NorthStar for your plumbing services.

Brian was great! He came on very short notice on a Saturday morning. He didn't charge us an "emergency rate". This is the second time I have used his services and both times he has been extremely helpful. He always goes above and beyond to explain the "why" of everything that is happening and gives you tons of information, as well as an honest opinion.

I could not recommend him more!

Fantastic work by Northstar Plumbing! Brian, the owner, did fast, clean work on my kitchen pipes. He clearly answered numerous questions that I had. He also advised against work that I was considering, saying it would be better to wait. Now that's honesty!
