It went very well. The roof was about 20 years old and he was able to replace only what needed work which gave us a couple more years before we had to replace the whole roof.

At the same time they replaced the gutters and flashing. The team was on time every day, cleaned up each day and worked efficiently to complete the work. We feel that Jeff Freeman's Roofing is the best in the Charlotte region and one of the best contractors we have ever worked with!

Fantastic! Jeff provided excellent service from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he had been in this field for a long time. He was honest, reliable and very professional. He checked in with us regularly and showed up nearly every day to touch base with his team onsite. We are very happy with the final product and with Jeff and his team; we are planning to use his company again when we are ready.

Jeff came out and gave me an assessment of the roof, and realizing that it was quite old, gave me an estimate to shore it up so that I would get the most life out of it I could. This included more than just fixing the two leaks I knew about, but it was well worth the price to know I wouldn't have to have them back out again in another year or two. The crew showed up on time and finished on time. I will definitely call Jeff again in the future when we do end up replacing the roof because he did such a quality/professional job.

Extremely well. All shingles were hand nailed. Work site was cleaned each day. Crew was on time and friendly. Owner was onsite daily. Very pleased with end product.

I was hesitant as I searched for a roofing company b/c I've heard horror stories of people thinking they have a minor fix and getting pressured into full roof replacement. Lucky for me, several people referred Jeff Freeman's Roofing, and I could fill this page with good things about Jeff and his team. Here's a start: Integrity. Honest assessment of our issues and helped us prioritize based on our budget. Reasonable pricing, especially considering how hard they work to make sure everything is done with perfection. Professionalism. It's obvious that Jeff has years of experience with this, and he's taught his team well. Work was done skillfully and with attention to detail. Communication. Jeff made sure to check in with us before, during, and after the project. Office staff responds quickly to questions as well. Bottom line--absolutely recommend! This is a company that is run the way a company should be: customer satisfaction is #1, no matter what.

They are busy, so it took longer than expected to get the work started once the estimate was done. But it was not time sensitive as the leak was minor and controlled with a bucket in the attic without a problem. So we were ok waiting and let them know that. Once the work got started it was clearly worth the wait. The guys doing the work were very considerate - making sure not to block anyone in, and keeping the area clean. The completed work is really excellent. There was some minor but visible structural repair needed, requiring matching a particular wood type/texture, and you can't distinguish the old work from the new when looking at it now. Great attention to detail, and clear communication of cost and options throughout. In the end the cost was right in line with the estimate, and this repair included a lot of unknowns, which speaks to their expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jeff Freeman for roof help in the future.

The quality, service and expertise is outstanding! Jeff, Heather and Victor managed my roofing and carpentry project efficiently and effectively. The crew arrived on time each day, were respective of my property and cleaned up thoroughly before they left each day. Upon completion of the roof they rinsed my roof, gutters, siding, rear deck, front porch and sidewalk. The carpentry crew went well beyond what I expected in replacing & repairing siding on my home.
Additional wood siding needs replacing at my house; I will hire Jeff Freeman's crew to perform this work for me.
Jeff Freeman's company is one that I will hire again!! I highly recommend this company.

From the beginning of this process the owner, foreman and workman were punctual and professional. The estimate for the project was fair and competitive. Mr. Freeman made two visits to my home to explain specifics. The project took three days supervised by Mike, and thank him for the extra logistics! The crew of six worked 12 hour days and their work day ended removing all materials discarded. It appeared that each workman had a specific expertise......foreman, supervisor, roofer, sheet metal expert and clean up. All were courteous and worked as a team in 100 degree heat. If you are looking for an estimate for a new roof, I highIy recommend Foreman Roofing Siding and Windows, Inc.

We were very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and workmanship of Jeff Freeman and his crew including Alfredo, Lorenzo and Mike. The workers were methodical and exacting in going about their work. The kept us informed at each stage of the repairs. They insisted on cleaning up everything at the end of the day as if they were never coming back...but come back they did each day and completed each phase of the work in order to minimize disruption. I highly commend Jeff Freeman Roofing.

Jeff's crew made quick work of the project....The only delay we had was that the weather was not accomodating for several weeks to do the project which was totally understandable....My wife and I were so pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Jeff Freeman and his crew that we would recommend his company to anyone who had siding and gutter issues with their house.

Jeff replaced the roof and did necessary carpentry/wood repairs on and around the roof. There was a high level of professionalism starting with the estimate and continuing with the entire job. Workers were on time, hard working and cleaned up after themselves each day. The quality of work was outstanding. Jeff, the owner, came out daily to check on progress and gave us updates. I cannot say enough about the great work these guys did. I've never been so pleased with a crew of workers and the end result. I'd recommend this company -- without hesitation -- to anybody who needs roofing replacement or siding repairs! This was a great experience!!!!
